acceptable location marred by issues

faulty autolock stained bedspread

the room was quiet a positive aspect

the autolock function on the room door was faulty i had to slam the door repeatedly to get it to lock this could disturb other guests nearby the bedspread was also stained with black marks

convenient location nice balcony staff recommendations lack of cleaning towel request shower gel shortage

The location was really convenient. It made getting around very easy. The room had a nice balcony. I found the staff to be helpful with local recommendations.

The room lacked daily cleaning. I had to request new towels and shower gel after three days. Although the towels were provided, the shower gel was not replenished.

the location was good, everything was in walking distance. this was helpful to me.

i must asked for fresh towels on my third day, i also wanted more shower gel. the towels came but no shower gel was delivered. i did not like this at all.

the location offered convenient access to nearby shops.

Reception hours were limited, causing some inconvenience. the lack of daily cleaning was a problem . The bins were not emptied for four days. i had to request fresh towels, and even then, shower gel was not provided.
